The Nine Weeks Intern at Bio-Rad as Computer Science Undergrad.
To be honest, I was one of the Luckiest one to be part of intern at Bio-Rad Laboratories. I used code and tries to make some website using HTML and CSS. The intern that I was about to do at Bio-Rad was IT intern.
This intern have changed my life to be honest. This intern have taught me how we should deal at co-operate environment and how I should work on that environment. I also got some of the knowledge about how we should work in the company. I got to know a lot of information from my colleague too. The environment on the Bio-Rad was amazing. I also discover a lot of new things on Bio-Rad. I was able to see Floppy Disk, Old laptop, Old Phone, etc. The things that I have learned in this Intern was priceless. I also got knowledge about the life and how I could deal with the problem that came in front of me. Everybody in that group were helpful, there is not so big contribution was able to made by me but the contribution they made in my life was amazing. This nine weeks are the best week of my live. I also got a good knowledge about Service Now, which was ticketing system. It was amazing to learn about it. Some of the old things that I have seen in the IT Intern are as given below:-
The team that they have of IT is amazing where they try to help the user and always find the way to have fun with each other. It was my pleasure that I was well accepted in that team. They assigned you the perfect job where you can learn a lot of new things. I got a lot chance to learn new things. I never have the knowledge about IT and IT support things but due to help of these people I had the best time of my life there. Sometime I didn’t want to go back home because I was having too much fun over there. I also made a lot of good relation with my team also. They also shared me their young time story so, that I will be aware on that situation. I also got some hand’s one experience on certain condition. They never treated me like a inter, they treated me like an employee. The best things is I got a internship on IT at Bio-Rad and grab it and got a lot of knowledge which I believe will remain with me for life time.
I also got great opportunity to explore different site of the Bio-Rad. I got a chance to go to Benicia and Pleasanton. To be honest I like the Pleasanton site because it is one of the newest building of the Bio-Rad. I was lucky that I got a chance to go there and explore those area.
The life after this internship will be much more harder I know that because I have recently graduated and to be honest, I don’t have any job till now. I am trying to get job as soon as possible. I believe this intern is the life changing things that ever happened. I also got a chance to ride golf cart in there. I love this internship. I believe I got this internship at perfect time, so that I was able to develop my brain as much as I can. I also have done the fun stuff and work which videos are also be uploaded in youtube and here. I was luck that I got chance to do internship on such a great place.
